Think of the most “perfect” person you know. Do you really like them? They seem phony, don’t they?

No one has everything together, and no one can do everything right. We tend to resent people who act like they do.   And yet we perceive our own quirks as “flaws” because someone tells us we’re “annoying”.  We waste a lot of energy trying to cover up mistakes and limits because we fear blame. There’s a better way.
